"Client" or "you" refers to the individual or entity receiving our product management advisory services.
3. Services Provided
ProductJam offers product management advisory services, which may include, but are not limited to, product strategy, hiring, and growth strategy.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide ProductJam with accurate and necessary information for the successful provision of services.
The client is responsible for ensuring that their product or project complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
5. Service Fees
Service fees and payment terms will be outlined in a proposal agreed-upon by the agency and client.
Payment for services is due as per the agreed-upon terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
6.1 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the provision of services. Confidential information may include business strategies, proprietary data, and other non-public information.
6.2 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
a. Both parties agree to enter into a two-year Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) effective from the date of this agreement.
b. During the term of the NDA, ProductJam agrees not to disclose or use, for any purpose, any confidential information or materials received or discussed from the client.
c. The NDA shall survive the termination of the service agreement and remain in effect for a period of two years from the termination date.
7. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed as part of the services will be owned by the client.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time for any reason by canceling the agreed-upon subscription.
The client may also pause their subscription at any time for any reason and rejoin with the same agreed-upon subscription.
9. Limitation of Liability
ProductJam is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal actions related to these terms shall be filed in the appropriate court within the State of Delaware.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
